Het Fotomuseum Den Haag is a museumlike institution for photography in Holland. Annually the museum organizes 6 galleries about the most divergent periods of time, disciplines and genres regarding photohistory. A contemplation of human kind often plays a main role. Current names are alternated with reviews of classics.
Underexposed and less known photographers and collected works are prominently presented by the Fotomuseum. On a regular basis socially relevant photo projects from modern photographers are shown.
