Workshop Kendo

Kendo is known as Japanese Fencing; the meaning of the word is “The Way of the Sword”. It is a “way of life” that can be practised by people of all ages with persuasion of improvement, endurance, acceptance and awareness. It is a multi-layered discipline, in which you can challenge yourself physically or mentally, or you can focus to philosophical and spiritual part more, or only have a mindful exercise to relax; you are welcome as long as you enjoy it and maybe you find your own way.
